DOLCALL United States Terms of Service

Contracting party and publication status

DOLCALL is operated by PROJECT82 LLC, an active entity. Its business address of record is 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. These Terms are the contract between you and that operator for use of dolcall. This notice is in effect as of the effective date stated in this document, on the operator's approval; United States counsel has not reviewed it. A DMCA designated agent and a working legal/DMCA mailbox are not yet confirmed, and vendor facts are reconciled to live configuration and contracts as each one is verified.

Eligibility and age tiers

DOLCALL provides AI-character calls, including experiences accessed with tickets and paid calls. A full birth date is used for age classification, and birthday features use the saved date as described in the service. The purchase screen identifies the number and use of tickets and the price of paid calls before checkout. Entry begins at age 14, while training eligibility begins at age 19. Users under 19 remain in protected mode and their data is excluded from training. You must provide accurate age information, satisfy the applicable minimum age, and have authority to accept these Terms. A parent or guardian must authorize use where law and the product's protected path require it.

AI service disclosure

DOLCALL uses artificial intelligence to generate fictional conversation, calls, stories, or characters. An AI companion is not a human, may be inaccurate or inappropriate, and does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. The service is not a crisis service; contact local emergency or qualified crisis resources when immediate help is needed.

Accounts and security

You must keep credentials secure, maintain accurate account and age information, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize, but you are not responsible for activity caused by our failure to use reasonable security safeguards.

Your content and the service license

You retain rights you hold in prompts, typed lines, character details, feedback, and other submissions. You grant the operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, limited license to host, reproduce, transform, and display that material only as needed to provide, secure, moderate, and improve the service. Training use is separately limited by the AI Data Use Notice and your app-scoped preference.

Prohibited conduct

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, sexual exploitation of a minor, grooming, credible threats, non-consensual intimate material, harassment, fraud, impersonation, privacy invasion, infringement, malware, security testing without permission, scraping, or attempts to evade age, safety, payment, or moderation controls.

Changes to the service or terms

Features, safety controls, and these Terms may change for legitimate operational, legal, or security reasons. Material changes receive reasonable, prominent notice before they govern future use. A changed data-use term does not retroactively authorize training on data that predates a valid notice or legacy consent.

Suspension, termination, and account closure

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary for safety, law, security, payment failure, or a material breach, taking severity and repeat conduct into account. Where appropriate, we will state the reason and offer an appeal. Closing an account, deleting a conversation, exercising a privacy right, and opting out of training are separate operations.

Service disclaimers

The service is provided on an as-available basis and AI outputs may be incomplete, fictional, or wrong. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a particular relationship outcome, or that generated content is suitable for every user. These disclaimers do not exclude warranties or remedies that applicable law makes mandatory.

Limits of liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible for unforeseeable or indirect loss caused by the service. Nothing limits responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or other categories protected by applicable law. Any final monetary cap is added only after counsel approval, and no unapproved blanket exclusion is imposed on a user.

Governing law and forum

These terms are governed by the law of the state where the operator is formed. That choice does not reduce the consumer protections of the country where you live that cannot lawfully be waived by agreement, and those protections continue to apply. Consumers may bring a dispute in the courts of their own residence. You are welcome to raise an issue through support first, and doing so is not a condition of your right to go to a court or a regulator.

United States mandatory rights and disputes

The intended dispute clause provides notice of individual binding arbitration and a way to opt out by verified written notice within 30 days after first accepting these Terms. Any class action waiver applies only where lawful and does not bar eligible small-claims matters, government complaints, public-injunction rights, or other non-waivable remedies. Arbitration and waiver language remains pending counsel approval and a verified notice channel.

Legal notices

Material notices will be displayed in the service or sent through verified account contact information. A working legal mailbox and the DMCA channel are not yet confirmed, so this notice does not invent either address.
